What is the estimated shipping time for my order ?

We aim to process and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but don’t worry — you’ll see all shipping rates and estimated delivery times clearly at checkout.

What are the contact hours for customer service?

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you’re welcome to pick up your order in person during our office hours, from 10 AM to 7:30 PM. Just make sure to place your order ahead of time so we can have it ready for a smooth pickup! 

What happens if I place an order after business hours?

Orders placed after 12 AM will be processed the following day. Also, please note that any orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

Do you deliver outside Lahore?

Yes, Afzal Foods has branches and a delivery network in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala. We’re actively expanding and will be reaching more cities soon! If you’re a bulk buyer, we offer delivery across all cities in Pakistan through our bulk distribution system.

What are the delivery charges?

Its FREE Delivery for orders above 2000/-. For orders below 2000/- Delivery charges will be applicable.

How can I pay ?

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect ?

Are refunds available for food items?
