Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:

Note: All online payments go through a fraud verification process. Orders will only be processed once approved by our payment processor. If the transaction fails to pass the fraud check, the order may be canceled.
Delivery Process
We currently provide delivery services in:
Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Karachi, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala

Same-day delivery is available for all orders in these cities.

Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with a product, you can request an exchange within a limited time window:
Exchange Eligibility:

Milk, Butter, and Yogurt: Within 6 hours of purchase

Cheese (any variant) and Desi Ghee: Within 24 hours of purchase
We aim to make your experience smooth and hassle-free. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is processed.
Once an order is confirmed by our representative over the phone, it enters processing and cannot be canceled.
Online Payment Security
Online payments are subject to security checks. Orders are only processed after clearing fraud screening. Orders failing this check may be automatically canceled without prior notice.
Order Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, certain situations are beyond our control:

Minimum Order & Delivery Charges

Orders below Rs.850: Delivery fee of Rs.200

Orders Rs.2000 or above: Free delivery
